Each member of our treatment team is a registered assistant, and our office staff has years of experience in treating patients with the highest level of care. Dr. Thomas, DMD

Dr. Preetha Thomas received her DMD degree from the advanced standing program at Harvard School of Dental Medicine in Boston. Her clinical training includes rotations at the Maxillofacial Oral Surgery Department at the Massachusetts General Hospital and at the Boston Children's Hospital. She previously obtained degrees in dentistry and orthodontics from the Rajiv Gandhi University in India.

She has worked in private, public and academic settings and was the dental director at the Holyoke Health Center for several years.

She is a clinical instructors in the Department of Restorative Dentistry and Biomaterial Sciences at Harvard, Tufts and Boston Schools of Dental Medicine.

Claire: (RDH)

Claire is a Registered Dental Hygienist. She received her Associates of Science Degree with Honors from Holyoke Community College in 1975. She graduated in 1993 from Springfield Technical Community College with an Associates of Science Degree in Dental Hygiene.

Claire skillfully performs professional dental prophylaxis in a gentle and caring manner to both adults and children. She assists patients in oral hygiene education and performs a variety of preventative services. She uses a state-of-the-art piezoelectric ultrasonic scaling system, which cleans and removes bacteria from teeth with a gentle stream of prophylactic irrigation. Claire attends continuing educational courses yearly to stay up-to-date with dental advancements.

Claire loves tennis, kayaking, golfing and many other outdoor activities.

Kim received her B.A. in psychology from Keene State College in 1991. Once exposed to the dental profession, she passed her DANB (Dental Assisting National Boards) radiology, infection control and chairside assisting through Springfield Technical Community College in 1995. She has been on board with Dr. Warren since 2000.

Kim has many expanded duties including taking x-rays, making temporary prosthesis’s, performing in-house whitening, expanded lab work and MSDS coordinator. She enjoys educating patients about procedures and ways to achieve improved oral health. She attends many yearly continuing education courses to stay abreast of the latest technology within the dental field.

In her free time Kim enjoys running, working out, gardening and reading. She appreciates working in a team-oriented practice.

Laura: (Certified Dental Assistant)

Laura is a 2008 graduate of Porter & Chester Institute's Dental Assisting Program. She assists chairside with Dr. Warren and takes great pride and care in the education of post-procedure instructions and sterilization of the instruments. She also takes excellent impressions/molds and intraoral radiographs on patients. Laura is proud to be a member of the team. She is very goal oriented and achieved her DANB certification in 2009.

Laura loves the outdoors and enjoys working with people. She spends most of her free time enjoying the company of her family and friends.

Carolyn joined our office in April 2011. She received her Associates in Arts degree from Holyoke Community College in 2007. After several years in the photography field she returned to school and earned her certificate in Dental Assisting from Springfield Technical Community College in 2010. She is certified through the Dental Assisting National Board and takes great pride in continuing her education and renewing her certification yearly. She recently returned to STCC to further her interest in the dental field focusing on Dental Hygiene.

In her down time Carolyn shares in a variety of activities with friends including hiking, bowling, mini golfing, baking, music, and movies.

Autumn is a 2003 graduate of Smith College with a bachelor’s degree in biochemistry.  Autumn received her dental radiology certification (for the state of Massachusetts) through Springfield Technical Community College in April 2005 and values dental continuing education. 

As office manager, Autumn provides administrative assistance while educating our patients about the value of good oral health and communication.  Autumn helps patients with their scheduling and financial needs as well as dental insurance inquiries.  She also strives to promote a stress-free and harmonious environment for the patients, staff and doctor.

Heather assists Autumn with various tasks as a member of our business team. Providing great customer service and helping patients in any way she can. Along with her work with the team, she is also continuing her education in the field of Elementary Education.

Heather enjoys spending her free time with her husband, Chris, and their daughter, Cambria. They enjoy showing dogs, movies, music, many outdoor activities and spending time with friends and family.
