Financial Options and Dental Insurance

Your dental health is very important to us. We will do all we can to help you afford your dental treatment. By establishing a clearly defined method of payment, we hope to eliminate any confusion regarding financial responsibilities. We offer the following payment options:

1. For routine services, payment is due at the time treatment is rendered.

2. Bookkeeping courtesy of 5%:
A 5% accounting reduction will be extended to our patients when payment is made in full at the start of treatment plans in excess of $1,500. Credit card payments are not eligible to receive the 5% reduction courtesy.

3. Major Credit Cards:
We accept the following major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and debit cards.

4. Personal Checks:
We charge a $20.00 fee for all returned checks.

5. Flexible Payment Plans:
Flexible payment plans with low monthly payments and interest rates. Ask our financial coordinator for more information. You can click the images below to view the sites.

    


6. Office 3-Payment Plan:
For more complex restorative treatment (crowns, bridgework, dentures and implants), an initial payment of one-third of the total fee will be required at the beginning of treatment and the balance paid in equal installments during treatment with the balance paid in full at the last visit.

7. College Students:

8. For Patients with Dental Insurance:
For our patients with dental insurance, our professional services are rendered to you, not to your insurance company. Therefore, you are directly responsible to us for the payment for your treatment. Your insurance company will reimburse you directly, to the extent provided by your benefit.

As a courtesy, we will prepare and file your claim and will do our utmost to help you derive the maximum benefits to which you are entitled.
